No. Topping up happens only at the terminal in the launderette, on site. ⚠️

There you can pay by card or in cash, whatever amount you want.

But once your balance is loaded, everything else happens on your phone: you fill your machines, pick them in the app and start them one after another in a few seconds, without going back to the central screen. That is the real time saver on a big laundry day. ⚡

Two things to check before you message me: 🔍

• Did you reach the €20 minimum in one go? Bonuses do not add up across several small top-ups: two lots of €10 trigger nothing, €20 in one go triggers a bonus.
• Was the payment actually accepted? A refused card or a note spat back out cancels the top-up, and with it the bonus.
